I enquired the first time and didn’t hear back but on the second enquiry the lady who responded was extremely helpful. The crates turned up in pristine condition, utilise the rear load space perfectly and incredibly sturdy. Would highly recommend.

We bought these boxes because they looked simple and easy to fit straight into the van — and wow, I was so surprised by the superior quality of the product! They’re incredibly well made and fit our Citroën Berlingo absolutely perfectly.
Delivery was super quick, and from unpacking to full installation it took no more than 15 minutes 😊

I have been looking to buy crates for my van but just couldn’t find the set up I was after!
I found DT boxes on Facebook and they had exactly what I wanted.
I got in touch with customer service as I needed a question answered and they helped me out straight away.
I ordered the 4 boxes for my Citroen berlingo and I love them, they fitted in really easily and they look great.
You do have to buy the straps to fit the boxes separately so remember to add them.
They arrived promptly no delay and I was called just before they arrived to make sure I was in.

I took a bit of time looking and researching cages / boxes for my needs, and I must say, I am not disappointed with these. They fit perfectly and are fairly easy to manoeuvre in and out of the van.
I absolutely LOVE them! I only wish I'd got some sooner. Also, more importantly - I think the dogs love them too. I have a couple of new dogs who were a bit nervous about getting in to my van but seem to love these as they now just jump straight in without hesitation!
Very easy to order, called office to confirm sizes and in stock, sent within a week, local delivery was good, boxes very well packed and protected. Boxes overall excellent quality for our dog walked business, very impressed with the fans as well.
Second purchase from DT. Upsized my van and needed bigger cages. Wed measured three times to make sure the vs1 would fit in a 2021 (71) citroen berlingo lwb crew cab with movable mesh bulkhead. And having the bulkhead in place behind the rear seats. What we didn’t take in to consideration was the rails for the sliding bulkhead that stick out further in to the rear of the van 🤦🏻♀️ I realised we might have an issue the day before delivery. However taking out the rubber flooring is installed the top cages slid in with mm to spare. I’d have more space if I removed the thick ply off the floor. I did have to remove the top catch and top door stop to slide the top cages in then refit. They fit perfectly between the bulkhead and back doors. And have room to add the DT fans once I’ve saved up again. So hopefully have them in next summer. Dogs are all happy. I’m happy. Usual amazing quality. Super easy to install and tether.
Made a boo boo on measuring up. I have the 2021 berlingo L2 crew cab with sliding bulkhead. Two people measured from the rear doors to the bulk head top (it slants) and measured perfect for the VS1. Only after ordering and dispatched was it realised we forgot the bulkhead rails go further back in to the load space 🤦🏻♀️. Cages arrived this morning and we took a chance/risk and they fit. HOWEVER I had to remove the rubber matting I’d put in to get the few mm back needed to fit the top box under the bulkhead rails. I would recommend they are fitted without a ply lined floor then you’ll gain an even more space.
Also slide the top box in we had to remove the left door bumper pad and the right door catch (both in top of door frame ) then refit once in. (Easy peasy - star shaped screwdriver head 3 screws in total)
The cages are close to the back doors of the van but there’s more than enough room to close the doors and could fit the DT fans on (future purchase as I’m now skint 😂) and there’s about a finger width of distance between the cages and bulkhead top (it slants ). Sliding bulkhead fits back in to place behind the back seats (folded and covered in pic) perfectly. So it is doable with the 2021 berlingo L2 (xl) crew van with sliding bulkhead. Some dogs have already enjoyed the cages immediately after fitting for their trip to the cool woods out of the heat. Thank you so much for yet another great product and service. An absolutely fantastic product and company. Ordering was very easy. Delivery was very quick. There crates themselves are extremely well made, You can see the quality. They fit in my van perfectly. They are easy to remove and replace when needed. I have not commenced trading yet but, not only will these crates provide safe transport for my client's dogs but will also give a very professional image.

I had been looking around for some good quality dog crates for my business for some time now. These boxes did not disappoint. They are very well made and look great and very professional in my new van. It’s very reassuring knowing that the dogs in my care are travelling safely and comfortably. The dogs have been using them for a few weeks now and are adjusting well to them. Now saving up to get the fans to go on each one.
The courier updates weren't great, but not at the fault of DT Boxes. I got in contact with DT boxes who are very helpful. Once the boxes arrived, they were very easy to fit in, I did it on my own!
Highly recommend these boxes to anyone that is interested.
I love these crates. They fit snug in my caddy and are even bigger than I expected. I did use ratchet straps to secure it in place to ensure it doesn’t slide forward. Rear stainless doors mean I can easily get the dogs in using the side too if we’re blocked in and provide lots of airflow to the crates.
Due to the rear doors looking the same as the front doors, I did have to check pictures on the website to see which way round they were meant to go
I am absolutely over the moon with my purchase. I bought the DT VS1 for my Caddy for my dog walking business. A set of 4 and 2 for the side door. They're amazing quality, they look the dog's b******s and serve their purpose brilliantly. So happy!

This has been one of the best investments I could've made for my business. My dogs all absolutely love it, climbing straight in without question. The compartments are spacious, you can tell the dogs are comfortable and feel safe. And it's great knowing that they're all secure in the back. It arrived quickly and was very easy to install. So this is our 2nd van kitted out with DT boxes and we couldn’t be happier here at Ambleside Dog Walker. The boxes for perfectly and the service was brilliant!
I was worried that the German Shepard I walk wouldn't fit or wouldn't go into the crate but it's plenty big, and with the help of some treats, all the dogs are adjusting to them!
I absolutely love these van crates. This is the set that fit the Citroen Berlingo. The 2 top crates are big enough to fit an English springer comfortably. The bottom 2 crates can comfortably fit a small Labrador (up to 25kg) and English springer (up to 17kg) in each compartment which I will use for short journeys for ease.
I love the boot bumper as not only it protects your van but also gives the dogs something to grip when jumping into the crate.
Delivery was estimated to be 2 weeks however the crate sets arrived a week from ordering. The delivery company phoned me the day before to confirm a delivery day and I had an email with a delivery window.
Fantastic service from DT Boxes. I will be ordering the set to fit behind the seat when I need them. I feel so much better knowing my dogs will be safe when travelling now.
I would highly recommend these crates for anyone looking for a nice comfortable place for their dogs to travel. I upgraded to these for my dog walking business and all the dogs have given them top approval. They are fantastic, lightweight and a safe place for some of the dogs that are nervous of travelling to feel safe and secure.
These crates fit in my Caddy van like a glove! They are absolutely brilliant, easy to install and can be taken out easily too, robust and very well made and designed. All my dog walking clients have loved them and they make my job so much easier and with peace of mind knowing they have emergency exit doors and are crash tested. Fantastic set up. Well worth the money. The company are so quick to respond to queries and my boxes arrived a week earlier than expected which was great. It’s much safer to transport the doggos this way and the 3 I have trialled have all jumped in (with a treat awaiting) and then settled immediately. Thank you DT Boxes for a great product and service.
Having the DT boxes has already made such a difference to travelling with my dogs! I know they're fully secure and they're more than happy to go into them
Very happy with my crates, they fit perfectly into my vw caddy and can easily fit dogs who are a range of sizes! There were a few small details in the finish which weren’t quite up to scratch such as a sharp edge on the exterior of the crates, and a few flaws in the finish of the doors which were a little disappointing when investing a large sum into them. However overall they don’t impact the performance of the crates and I really would recommend them if you’re looking to upgrade your dog’s transport!
Boxes aren't in my new van yet, as I collect it on Saturday. The boxes feel very sturdy & the doors seem strong, which I was a little sceptical but they feel great.
The white box arrived with black marks all over it, they were under the shrink wrap, so it's from the warehouse. Some marks have come off, others still haven't come off. I would expect them to arrive pristine.
A possible thing to consider in the design. The divide on the bottom stack is solid, which is perfect. The divide on the top stack has 4 holes (same size as the holes around the edges). As these are the smaller crates, smaller dogs will be in these. Small paws & noses can easily fit through these holes & could be nipped by the dog beside them. I will be covering these up, so no accidents happen.
I am looking forward to getting them into the van, just a bit disappointed that they didn't look pristine on delivery
Love the crates very good quality. My dog did manage to squeeze out with the back doors of the van shut but that was because I didn't lock the latches. My mistake!
